Who is responsible
STONE PLUS is a brand of VELMONT GLOBAL LLP and part of the SHREE BALAJI MARBLE Group. For website enquiries, STONE PLUS determines why and how the information described below is used.
Information you choose to share
You may provide your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, buyer type, material or LOT reference, specifications, quantity, destination, timeline and enquiry message. Please do not submit information that is not needed for your natural-stone requirement.
Purpose and consent
We use enquiry information to understand your requirement, create an enquiry reference, contact you, coordinate material selection or sourcing, prepare a quotation and manage related follow-up. The form requires clear affirmative consent before submission. Consent for enquiry response does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Analytics information
If a visitor selects “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics may process approximate location, device and browser information, traffic source, pages viewed and website interactions. We use this aggregated information to understand website performance and improve the customer journey. Analytics is optional and is not loaded when “Necessary only” is selected.
WhatsApp and external services
After a website enquiry, you may choose to continue through WhatsApp to share photographs, video or BOQ files. WhatsApp, Google Analytics and map links are separate services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Access, sharing and security
Enquiry records are available only in the authorised STONE PLUS management area. Information may be shared with authorised team members or service providers only where reasonably required to respond, quote, coordinate supply, protect the website or meet legal obligations. Reasonable access controls and hosting safeguards are used; no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for response, follow-up, quotation, transaction records, dispute handling or legal obligations. Records that are no longer required should be deleted or anonymised through the management system. A specific legal retention obligation may override an erasure request.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction, completion, updating or erasure of information you previously provided. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent as easily as it was given. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may limit our ability to continue an enquiry.
Children
This business website is intended for trade, project and adult customer enquiries. It is not directed to children, and children should not submit personal information through the enquiry forms.
Cookies and technical information
The website does not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies. Hosting, security and authenticated management services may use essential technologies. Optional Google Analytics is controlled by the visitor’s consent choice. See the Cookie Notice.
Updates
This notice may be updated when website features, service providers or legal requirements change. The review date above identifies the current website version.
